type='text'>聊聊我們聚會(一)主題篇</title><content type='html'>我們的聚會是這樣進行的，每次三小時的聚會中，個案討論與文獻閱讀的比例大約是2：1。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;經過將近一年(每月一次)的聚會,回首過去,不知不覺,我們已經討論過不少主題了,依序加以介紹：&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.個案概念化(case formulation)&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;case formulation可以說是心理治療的核心與基礎(當然每個學派的心理治療也有自己施行case formualtion的方式)。因此前幾次的主題，大多集中在如何以認知行為的立論基礎，case formulation進行練習，而case formulation至今也是每次聚會時都必需進行的一個討論主題&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.認知紀錄表的實際應用與練習&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.schema therapy的實際應用與練習&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.治療歷程的結束&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;注意事項:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;google帳戶有兩種，一種是使用google名下gmail免費信箱者，但若有人不想再多申請gmail信箱，也可以用自己常用的email信箱申請成為google帳戶，例如你已有&lt;a href="mailto:demo@yahoo.com.tw"&gt;demo@yahoo.com.tw&lt;/a&gt;，只要步驟1申請新帳戶時，帳戶名稱輸入以你的信箱全名&lt;a href="mailto:demo@yahoo.com.tw"&gt;demo@yahoo.com.tw&lt;/a&gt;當作以後的google帳戶使用名稱&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br
